Vic
is a certified member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)
with over fourteen years of experience in the construction industry. He
has performed over 800 residential and commercial inspections in the Denver
Metro area. In addition to building his own home, he has performed all phases
of new construction and remodeling work. He also has experience in residential
radon mitigation.
Vic prides himself on being thorough and detail oriented. He enjoys helping his clients better understand various aspects of the property purchase they are about to make. He is confident that you will recover the inspection fee by his discovery of items in the prospective property. The fee can be recovered by a reduction in the purchase price or by having the sellers fix the discovered items prior to the sale.
